FSA's Focus for 2021 Includes:

  1. Preserve past gains in the State Legislature for tax relief on pensions and annuities, and healthcare programs for seniors.
  2. Pursue senior-friendly housing options that may also work for millennials and other Town segments. NOTE: our proposed regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) were recently approved - with further amendments - by the Town Planning & Zoning Commission.
  3. Work towards other "middle density" housing concepts needed for residents who wish to stay in Fairfield.
  4. Support the Bigelow Center for Senior Services and make Fairfield an "age friendly" community.
